Zopa, Siski and Pizda

POSTED BY - JONAK

A few nights back (7th of September night, to be precise), there was a boy's night out at my house starting from about 12 o clock at night. People who graced the occasion were:

Poluda the 'actien man'

Asur - one and only

Sapto -

Bodhi and

myself - Jonak

In the course of the night, Poluda enlightened us about the existance of 3 new words which have recently
enriched his vocabulary during one of his 'actien' sessions with Russian damsels.Zopa, Siski and Pizda.

Zopa means 'rump' in Russian.

However, a little R & D on the Net has revealed some more interesting facts on these words.

There is an expression in Russia "I am in 'Zopa'" meaning "I am screwed"
And...
Zopa is a British-based company providing an online money exchange service, allowing people who have money to lend it to those who wish to borrow, instead of using savings accounts and loan applications at traditional banks. The process is sometimes referred to as peer-to-peer lending. The name, Zopa, stands for Zone of Possible Agreement, a negotiating term identifying the bounds within which agreement can be reached between two parties.

Siski means Boobs in Russian.

There is a show called ' the Siski show' in which the reporter goes around in night clubs and asking ladies to show their siskis. Here is a You tube grab of the same:

Pizda means Cunt in Russian, and also in Romanian, Belorussian, Ukrainian and other Slavonic languages.

Here is some more information on the epytomology of the word:

Enjoy!!
